We at Lead-Forte Gate Col­lege rec­og­nize the unlimited potential and the indi­vid­u­al­ity of chil­dren. We under­stand that not every­one uses the same process to learn, under­stand, and inter­pret con­tent. Suc­cess­ful aca­d­e­mic out­come is largely depen­dent on effec­tive teach­ing which our teach­ers have estab­lished to cre­ate a suc­cess­ful student-based-learning cul­ture.

Cre­ativ­ity and inno­va­tion amongst teach­ers and stu­dents are moti­vat­ing fac­tors in teach­ing and learn­ing envi­ron­ment. There­fore, chal­leng­ing and inter­ac­tive classes are parts of the Lead-Forte Gate Col­lege. Book knowl­edge is impor­tant but skills are needed to sur­vive in the real world. We teach our stu­dents to develop good work and study habits, rec­og­nize oppor­tu­ni­ties, iden­tify and solve problems.

With a good guid­ance and pas­toral care pro­gram, effec­tive dis­ci­pline is fostered through a learn­ing envi­ron­ment char­ac­ter­ized by pos­i­tive, sup­port­ive parent-child rela­tion­ships and a strat­egy for sys­tem­atic teach­ing and strength­en­ing of desired behav­ior, and elim­i­na­tion of unde­sired or inef­fec­tive behav­iors.
