At Lead-Forte Gate College, our Pastoral Care permeates all aspects of school life, and as such, we facilitate the development of all individual student by ensuring that they are well-rounded, both academically and socially. We also aim to engender a sense of belonging, as each individual is valued and his/her uniqueness is recognized. We are student-centric – that means our focus is always on our students. We want to make school life experience the very best it can be for our students. In addition, we promote the values of mutual respect and discipline, and ensure that the school environment is peaceful, friendly and secure for our students. Our students are precious and so we go the extra mile to provide a warm, congenial environment where each of them can thrive, happy and secure, amid the nurturing support provided by a caring dedicated team led by the Vice Principal Pastoral. The students enjoy the comfort and security of our welcoming buildings with modern conveniences that give the school that pleasant feel of home. Boarders, who form a greater percentage of our student population, are housed in two buildings (Boys and girls are housed exclusively in separate buildings in the school premises). Having a lot of fun and forming intense friendships as well as having a wide range of friends is part of the priceless experience at Lead-Forte Gate College. Room-mates become best of friends with a very close network. The friendships they make are those they will remember for life.
